I'm a digi scrapper. I use Photoshop Elements. The program will make an animated gif. If you go to the home page of my blog you will see what's called a blinkie for my CafePress store in the header. Over at the digi forums, where I hang out when I'm not trolling the writing world, they all have blinkies in their signatures. There are also animated gifs as ads on the forums. That is what prompted me to learn how to do an animated gif. If you have any questions, let me know. I am more than happy to share what little knowledge I have.

Seriously, if you scrapbook at all-digi scrapping is the way to go. And where the animated gif is concerned, they are completely doable. With my program I build the scenes from bottom to top, this is tedious and time consuming, they I save for web and click animate. You can do it! **Insert Bob the Builder here*** Yes you can!
